Irene Trodahl, 84 years, died Friday (April 27, 2012) at Cape Canaveral Hospital in Florida.

She was born August 18, 1927 in Danvers, Massachusetts the daughter of the late Joseph and Louise (Ouimette) Nadeau. Irene graduated from high school in 1945 and worked as a secretary retiring in 1987. On September 19, 1954 she married John Trodahl, formerly of Sturgeon Bay, in Tokyo, Japan.

Survivors include her husband, John, of Cape Canaveral, Florida; two daughters, Marcia (Charles) Willhite (and their daughter, Hannah Willhite), and Susan Tyler (daughter, Kelly Dorang, and son, Ryan Dorang).

A memorial service to celebrate her life and her husband John's life will be celebrated at 11:00 a.m. on Saturday (May 25, 2013) at Bay View Lutheran Church with Rev. Tim Malek officiating. Burial will follow at Mt. Olive Cemetery.

Friends may call at the church on Saturday (May 25, 2013) from 9:30 a.m. until the time of services at 11:00 a.m.
